Qualifications

• Three years of related work experience.
• Ability to maintain security and integrity of UT San Antonio systems.

Responsibilities

• Review campus-wide purchase orders for controlled/capital items.
• Reconcile inventory and accounting data for annual reports.
• Process surplus transfers, turn-ins, and disposals, and monitor state transfers.
• Research historical data and correct transaction errors.
• Create and present instructional training information materials.
• Creates the database template for the Annual Physical Inventory.
• Oversees asset tagging/verification at geographically separated facilities/departments.
• Coordinate inventory barcode scanning and tracking database updates.
