Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair on HVAC equipment and report work on Preventive Maintenance Forms.
• Install, adjust, and repair HVAC systems and related appliances.
• Troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair HVAC controls using gauges, meters, and thermostats.
• Inspect, maintain, and lubricate HVAC pumps, motors, dampers, coils, and fans.
• Maintain and operate central chilling plant equipment and distribution systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on swimming pool and fountain mechanical equipment.
