Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of experience in international education, advising, or student services.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication with staff, students, and partners.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Outlook; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Advise students on outbound education abroad programs (semester abroad, faculty-led, internships).
• Coordinate and present at campus events, information sessions, orientations and returnee events.
• Maintain accurate student records in Terra Dotta and university systems; support data needs for reporting.
