Job summary

Binghamton University is seeking an Education Abroad Advisor within the Office of International Education and Global Initiatives. You will provide professional-level administrative, technical, and programmatic support to Education Abroad programs, coordinating logistics and advising students.

Travel and some evening/weekend work are required, with Terra Dotta experience preferred. You will collaborate with faculty, partners, and campus offices to ensure successful education abroad experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience studying, working, or living abroad.
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends and travel occasionally.
• Strong presentations and public speaking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate education abroad program logistics with IEGI, IEGA, and partners.
• Advise students and guide them through applications and pre-departure steps.
• Maintain Terra Dotta materials and program materials; assist with outreach.
• Conduct site visits and provide program evaluations and recommendations.
