Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents for a married couple. You will reside in an on-campus student home, supervising 8–13 students and supporting their academic, emotional, and social growth.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, routine management, medical safeguarding, and engaging in devotional and chapel activities. This role transitions from joint duty to a placed home, with substantial scheduling and budgeting duties.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the home.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and Chapel activities.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
