Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking a married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. The role involves living on campus in student homes, supervising a group of 8–13 students, and providing guidance to support academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines, medication administration, transportation planning, and leading devotions.

Qualifications

• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
