Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents as a married couple to reside in on-campus student homes, supervising 8–13 students. You will provide guidance, structure, and support for academic, emotional, and social development, while managing daily routines and activities.

This two-person role requires a legally married couple, both aged 27 or older, with a high school diploma or GED. Training, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Couples must be legally married for at least two years.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental/recreational events.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
• Initially support various student homes with a nine-on / three-off schedule.
