Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; enrolled in at least 6 credit hours at Wichita State University.
• Junior, Senior, or Graduate-level student.
• Majors in Digital Arts, Communication, Marketing, Graphic Design, UI/UX, or related fields.
• Familiarity with editing and designing websites.
• Experience with communications, graphic design, video production, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong writing/editing and storytelling skills.
• Comfortable with digital platforms (web, email, social media).

Responsibilities

• Apply principles of effective communication to create engaging content for students and families.
• Edit and update website content, design user-friendly forms, and draft branded emails.
• Script, record, and edit short videos that explain financial aid processes and share student stories.
• Work closely with staff to manage projects, meet deadlines, and adapt strategies to evolving needs.
