Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, repair, install, and modify building components and systems.
• Repair and paint drywall and flooring in residence halls.
• Calibrate equipment to provided specifications and maintain inventories.
• Drive utility vehicles to job sites as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and after-hours operational needs.
