Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA 608 Certification within a year of starting.
• Ability to operate and use tools in the skilled trades.

Responsibilities

• Install or repair HVAC and electrical components.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and electrical equipment.
• Install or repair circuits and lighting fixtures.
• Complete work requests and document work in the web-based system.
