Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks full-time Flex Houseparents as a two-person married couple to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students.

Responsibilities include supervision, schedule management, medication administration, coordinating activities, devotions, and budgeting. Initial nine days on, followed by three days off, with transition to a placed houseparent role.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities, planning and engaging in development and recreation
• Leading daily devotions and chapel attendance
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
