Couples reside in student homes and follow a nine-on/three-off schedule, transitioning to a placed houseparent role over time.

Responsibilities include supervision, routines, medication administration, transportation, devotional activities, budgeting, and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Two-person couple must be legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid U.S. drivers license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty.
• Pet limitations: only fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
