Milton Hershey School is seeking a married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, overseeing groups of 8-13 students, guiding their academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include supervision, scheduling, medication administration, transportation, devotions, and budgeting. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule, with possibilities to transition to a placed home.

Qualifications

• Experience with youth through work or volunteering is required.
• Two-person role for couples married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be 27 or older and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities.
