The University of Texas at Austin on UT Main Campus seeks a Core Curriculum Assessment Manager to oversee learning-outcomes assessment, improvement initiatives, and documentation for the core curriculum. This role provides operational leadership to ensure accreditation readiness and supports cross‑university collaboration with CAA, University College, and participating schools.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in higher education administration or closely related field required.
• Experience with student learning outcomes assessment and general education assessment.
• Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to train, consult, and communicate with faculty, staff, and administrators.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a large academic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate institution-wide workflows for core curriculum learning outcomes development, alignment, assessment, and revision.
• Lead planning initiatives supporting compliance with SACSCOC and state expectations.
• Manage timelines, templates, and institutional repositories for documentation.
• Conduct quality reviews of outcomes, rubrics, and alignments for compliance.
• Produce summaries and dashboards distilling findings for stakeholders.
• Ensure documentation meets federal/state/accreditation standards.
