Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service to residents, prospects, vendors, and guests.
• Support marketing events on campus and in the community.
• Respond to leasing inquiries, show units, schedule tours, and follow up.
• Assist with move-in/move-out procedures and unit turnover.
• Perform Front Desk tasks and maintain accurate file documentation.
• Help collect required fees per company policy and address resident feedback.
• Respond to after-hours issues as needed and support the Property Manager.
