Article Student Living seeks a part-time Community Assistant to support the on-site team, attract qualified prospective residents, and engage current residents. You will be the face of the property, conduct tours, join in community events, and assist leadership with leasing goals.

Reporting to the Property Manager, this entry-level role welcomes current students and residents. We value strong customer service, adaptability, and organization to help drive a welcoming, high-performing community.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; no prior experience required.
• Current students and residents encouraged to apply.
• Strong customer service and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Be a helpful resource for residents.
• Take part in campus networking and marketing.
• Conduct property tours for potential residents.
• Warmly greet visitors and update the log sheet.
• Follow-up calls to residents and prospects.
• Assist Leasing & Marketing Manager with social media postings.
• Ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
