Job summary

Tailwind Group Inc. in Fayetteville, AR, seeks a Community Assistant to generate leases, deliver excellent customer service, and support daily office operations. You will be the first contact for prospective residents, conduct tours, and represent the property on campus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, officials, and community members.
• Maintain curb appeal and keep tour paths, model unit, and amenities presentable.
• Serve as first contact for prospective residents and inquiries.
• Conduct property and unit tours; present leasing options.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, text, and email to maximize conversions.
• Drive leasing traffic through on-campus outreach and peer networking.
• Assist in resident events, move-ins, and turnovers.
• Provide after-hours lockout support when assigned.
• Promote the community on and off campus; stay professional at all times.
