Job summary

California State University, San Bernardino's Department of Art & Design Visual Resource Center is seeking a Student Assistant. Under supervision, you will support the program coordinating function and assist with clerical tasks.

The role is on-campus, part-time and seasonal, with daytime hours Monday through Friday. Salary starts at $16.90 per hour; CSU student eligibility and full-time enrollment requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Must follow oral instructions and communicate effectively with all levels.
• CSU student registered and enrolled at CSUSB (half-time minimum).
• Ability to learn, organize records, and perform clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for the VRC and department.
• Answer phones, emails, and greet clients in person.
• Organize, file, and track documentation; log paperwork.
• Assist with clerical functions and campus deliveries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
