Job summary

The California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB) seeks a part-time Graphic Design Student Assistant to support the Office of Marketing and Communications. You will design print and digital materials under the lead Graphic Designer and contribute to campus branding.

Responsibilities include creating brochures, posters, and HTML emails; maintaining project files; and collaborating in a fast-paced environment. This role requires CSUSB enrollment and strong design skills.

Qualifications

• Must be CSUSB student enrolled at least half-time.
• Maintain a 2.0 GPA or greater per semester.
• International students must have full-time enrollment at CSUSB.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Payroll requires Social Security Card.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing brochures, invitations, posters, graphics for print and digital campaigns including HTML email design.
• Maintain organized job files and update production management software.
• Contribute to the development of the university brand.
• Design logos and stationary packages
• Participate in weekly graphics meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned
