Job summary

Lola Products in Hackensack, NJ is seeking a Social Media & E-Commerce Marketing Specialist to grow our organic social media, content, creator, affiliate programs, including TikTok Shop, Amazon, and live selling. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Hackensack.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of direct experience, is comfortable on camera, and can develop BTS-style programs, coordinate content, recruit creators, and use AI to optimize campaigns across marketplaces and social

Qualifications

• 5+ YEARS EXPERIENCE MINIMUM - especially w/ Social Media
• Strong understanding of TikTok, META, YouTube, and social media trends
• A person who is very comfortable speaking on camera for our social media
• Experience with TikTok Shop, creator programs, affiliate marketing, or influencer outreach
• Knowledge of UGC content and short-form video
• Comfortable using AI throughout marketing for content, research, planning, optimization, and productivity
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, and general office software
• A person who is Organized, hands-on and collaborative, and able to work independently
• Shooting video with an iPhone
• Basic video editing
• Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar content apps
• Familiarity with Amazon, Walmart.com, etc as seller platforms
• Knowledge with Shopify, BigCommerce, Mailchimp, SEO, and AI marketing tools
• Experience with ecommerce marketplace sync software
• Bonus Skills: Product photography, Paid advertising marketing
• Experience with consumer products, household goods, or marketplace selling

Responsibilities

• Fully manage and lead the BTS social media program
• Manage and support social media posting, engagement, trends, and content planning
• Create, coordinate, and support UGC-style content for social media, e-commerce, and marketplace channels
• Support TikTok Shop and META growth, including affiliate and creator recruitment
• Conduct Influencer and Affiliate outreach, communication, and relationship management
• Use AI tools to improve marketing workflows, content development, research, optimization, reporting, and campaign ideas
• Help develop creative marketing concepts and bring them to life through hands-on execution
• Organize content, assets, files, calendars, and basic reports
