Job summary

Lola Products in Hackensack, NJ seeks a Social Media & E‑Commerce Marketing Specialist to grow organic social, content, creator & affiliate programs, and marketplace activity. This full‑time, in‑office role focuses on live selling, content creation, and AI‑assisted marketing to engage customers and expand our e‑commerce footprint.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years direct experience in social media and affiliate/creator ecommerce marketing.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, META, YouTube and social media trends.
• Very comfortable speaking on camera for social media.
• Experience with TikTok Shop, creator programs, affiliate marketing, or influencer outreach.
• Knowledge of UGC content and short-form video.
• Comfortable using AI throughout marketing for content, research, planning, optimization, and productivity.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, and general office software.
• Organized, hands-on and collaborative, able to work independently.
• Shooting video with an iPhone.
• Basic video editing.
• Canva, CapCut, Cuttable, Adobe tools, or similar content apps.

Responsibilities

• Fully manage and lead BTS social media program.
• Manage posting, engagement, trends, and content planning.
• Create, coordinate, and support UGC content for social, ecommerce and marketplaces.
• Support TikTok Shop and META growth, including affiliate recruitment.
• Conduct Influencer and Affiliate outreach, communication and relationship management.
• Use AI tools to improve marketing workflows, content development, research, optimization, reporting, and campaign ideas.
• Develop creative marketing concepts and bring them to life through hands-on execution or agency coordination.
• Organize content, assets, calendars and basic reports.
• Bonus: support Amazon marketplace activity and educate on seller ecosystem.
• Bonus: email marketing via Mailchimp.
• Bonus: Shopify & BigCommerce updates, basic product/content changes.
• Bonus: apply basic SEO and AI optimization.
