Producing Director, Human Resources, Supply Chain & Administrative Support

One of our clients located in Bergen County, NJ is looking to Hire an Ecommerce Manager. We're seeking a data-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead Amazon, TikTok Shop, retail media, email marketing, and digital shelf initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategy across marketplaces (Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart.com, Instacart, etc.)
• Manage Amazon and TikTok storefronts, including product listings, promotions, and influencer partnerships
• Oversee retail media budgets (Instacart, Roundel, Ibotta, Walmart Connect, etc.)
• Optimize retailer platforms (e.g., Kroger.com) for content, promotions, and reviews
• Lead paid social and video campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
• Own email marketing strategy (Klaviyo), including automation and performance tracking
• Build reporting dashboards and analyze performance metrics
• Coordinate inventory and fulfillment with supply chain
• Collaborate with creative teams on high-converting assets
• Apply a test-and-learn approach

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 3+ years in e-commerce/digital marketing, ideally in CPG
• Experience with Amazon, TikTok Shop, and retail media platforms
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
