Job summary

BrightView is hiring a Snow Equipment Operator in Minnesota. You will learn and perform all aspects of snow removal, maintain and secure equipment, and follow safety policies while supporting client sites during snow events.

The role requires prior snow equipment experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to work on-call and overnight in winter. Competitive hourly pay and full-time benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience operating snowplow equipment and heavy equipment required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Reliable transportation to and from any work site required.

Responsibilities

• Remove snow using various heavy equipment for several hours per snowfall.
• Be available during snow events and report to central location or jobsite.
• Remove snow in designated locations, avoiding trees, shrubs, hydrants or sidewalks.
• Report concerns or incidents to your Supervisor.
• Fill out a job sheet after each snow removal operation.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety policies.
