Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Snow Truck Driver for on-call, overnight shifts during the snow season. You will operate a range of snow removal equipment and coordinate with sidewalk crews to ensure safe, efficient clearing of designated areas.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, a valid license (CDL not required), and physical stamina to work outdoors in winter conditions. Shifts are 6–12 hours, may extend during major storms, and the season begins with the first snowfall.

Qualifications

• 3 years of commercial experience with a plow/salt truck.
• 3+ years of commercial snow experience with skid-steer/front end loader/backhoe.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license (CDL not required).
• Work well under pressure and follow safety guidelines.
• Smartphone to use attendance tracker app.
• Dependable transportation and training/compliance checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate snow removal equipment (pow and box trucks, ATVs with plows, snow blowers, shovels, salt spreaders).
• Collaborate with sidewalk crews to complete assignments safely and to high quality standards.
