Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Snow Equipment Operator to support winter snow removal operations. You will operate plows and heavy equipment, report to a site, and help keep client properties safe and accessible throughout snow events.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, 2+ years of skid steer/backhoe/wheel loader experience, and the ability to work outdoors in varying winter conditions. A reliable commute and safety‑conscious approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• 2+ years of experience with skid steers, backhoes, and wheel loaders.
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
• Ability to operate snow plow equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate snow plow and heavy equipment for extended periods during snow events.
• Be available when it snows and report to a central location or jobsite.
• Avoid piling snow on trees, hydrants, or sidewalks.
• Fill out a job sheet after each snow removal operation.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety policies.
• Report safety concerns to your supervisor.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager.
