Job summary

BrightView in Minnesota is seeking a Snow Laborer to join our on-site crew. The role involves snow removal work, operating plows and snow tools, and supporting the sidewalk crew during storms, often with overnight or extended hours when storms occur.

Shifts are on-call and can range from 6 to 12 hours. The pay range is $25–$30 per hour, with eligibility for full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holidays, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work on-call with short notice and variable shifts.
• Must have a smartphone for attendance tracking.
• Must have dependable transportation.
• Able to work in the USA legally.

Responsibilities

• Perform snow removal tasks using equipment and manual tools.
• Operate ATV plows, snow blowers, shovels, and salt spreaders.
• Coordinate with sidewalk crew leaders to complete assignments safely and efficiently.
