Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking an on-call Weekend Hospice Nurse in Michigan. You will triage calls, visit patients, perform tuck-ins and admissions, and participate in field visits with a responsive support team. The role requires an active Michigan RN license and a compassionate, organized approach to care.

Experience in hospice is preferred but not required. This weekend position offers flexible scheduling and a supportive work environment within our Kent County service area.

We are searching for compassionate, dynamic, energetic, organized and efficient professionals with Hospice experience to become part of our Hospice Family for Kent County and surrounding areas! Our Troy office will be your parent agency

Our On-Call Weekend Nurse will Triage patient calls, make patient visits, preform tuck-ins, and do Admissions as needed.

• Current Michigan RN License in good standing
• 1 year hospice experience preferred but not required
• Empathetic approach to patients and caregivers
• Participate in field visits daily, weekly office meetings as indicated
• Ability to adapt to patient’s status and needs on a weekend on call basis
