Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Ko Olina in Oahu, seeks an On-Call Waterman Food Runner who brings enthusiasm for hospitality and guest service. You will deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to pool and beach areas, assist with clearing and setup, and greet guests in line with Four Seasons standards.

The role requires 3 months to 1 year of related experience, fluent English, excellent communication, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Experience with at least 3 months to 1 year of full-time employment in related position.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food & beverages from the kitchen to the pool and beach areas
• Assist in clearing, cleaning, setting up tables, pool chairs for service
• Greeting guests according to Four Seasons standards
• Anticipate guest needs and respond urgently to guest requests
• Assist in stocking linen, silverware, utensils, towels, and food items for service
• Assist in breaking down, cleaning, and set-up of food stations
