Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina on Oahu’s western coast seeks an On-Call Waterman Food Runner with a spirit of aloha and a commitment to guest comfort. You will deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to pool and beach areas, assist in setting tables and stations, and greet guests in line with Four Seasons standards.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, with 3 months to 1 year of full-time related experience, strong communication and organization skills, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Experience in related position: 3 months to 1 year.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food & beverages from the kitchen to the pool and beach areas
• Assist in clearing, cleaning, setting up tables, pool chairs for service
• Greeting guests according to Four Seasons standards
• Anticipate guest needs and respond urgently to guest requests
• Assist in stocking linen, silverware, utensils, towels, and food items for service
• Assist in breaking down, cleaning, and set-up of food stations
