Job summary

Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is seeking a Full Time Waterman Food Runner to deliver food and beverages to pool and beach areas, greet guests, and support service staff with setup and cleanup.

Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays is required. Fluent English, 3 months to 1 year of related experience, and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Experience of 3 months to 1 year in related position preferred.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the pool and beach areas.
• Assist in clearing, cleaning, and setting up tables and pool chairs for service.
• Greet guests according to Four Seasons standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Stock linen, silverware, utensils, towels, and food items for service.
• Assist in breaking down and cleaning food stations.
