Job summary

Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina, an luxury oceanfront resort on Oahu’s west coast, seeks a Full Time Waterman Food Runner to assist the Pool & Beach team with food delivery and guest service. You will work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays to ensure seamless service at pool and beach areas.

Candidates should have 3 months to 1 year of related experience, strong communication and organization skills, attention to detail, and legal US work authorization.

• Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food & beverages from the kitchen to the pool and beach areas.
• Assist in clearing, cleaning, setting up tables, pool chairs for service.
• Greeting guests according to Four Seasons standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond urgently to guest requests.
• Assist in stocking linen, silverware, utensils, towels, and food items for service.
• Assist in breaking down, cleaning, and set-up of food stations.

Full Time Waterman Food Runner

The Waterman Food Runner reports to the Pool & Beach Leadership Team and serves guest needs by assisting the Pool & Beach Service Attendant with delivery of food from kitchen and completing guest requests. Applicants must have the flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Assist in clearing, cleaning, setting up tables, pool chairs for service
• Greeting guests according to Four Seasons standards
• Anticipate guest needs and respond urgently to guest requests
• Assist in stocking linen, silverware, utensils, towels, and food items for service
• Assist in breaking down, cleaning, and set‑up of food stations

What you bring

• Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Experience with at least 3 months to 1 year of full‑time employment in related position.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Requires attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
