Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is seeking a Temporary Full Time Server to deliver an exceptional dining experience with the aloha spirit. You will provide expertly served beverages and dining experiences, anticipating guests’ needs and representing the Four Seasons standard of luxury.

The role requires fluency in English, at least 1 year of luxury hospitality experience, strong communication and computer skills, and a passion for service.

Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for an Temporary Full Time Server who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.

The Server reports to the Manalo Lounge Manager and provides an expertly served beverage or dining experience, anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options.

What You Will Do

• Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
• Anticipate guest needs a d satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards

What You Will Bring

• Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Candidates should have at least 1-year previous experience in a similar position in a luxury environment.
• Must be experienced in the areas of communication and computer skills.
• Service Passion
• Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: 5 days per week, 40 hours. This is a temporary full-time assignment starting at 3 months with the possibility of extension based on the business need of the Resort. With the benefits of a regular full time Four Seasons employee.
