Job summary

National Water Services is seeking a reliable Service Technician for maintenance and repair of water dispensing cabinets in Bridgewater, NJ and surrounding areas. This on-call, 1099 contractor role requires strong plumbing, electrical and mechanical know-how, plus the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with store staff and customers.

Qualifications

Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment.
Professionalism and time management; ability to work independently.
Own transportation and tools for on-site visits.
Ability to communicate in English.
Proficient with email reporting.

Responsibilities

Establishing and fostering positive relationships with customers and store management.
Demonstrating exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.
Conducting proactive maintenance such as filter changes and UV lamp installations.
Troubleshooting to read gauges, meters, detect leaks and report findings.
Addressing repairs including leaks, fittings, valves, wiring, and components.
Available for occasional emergency service calls with 24–48 hour on-site response.
