GSG Protective Services is seeking On-Call Unarmed Security Officers to support retail locations, logistics facilities, and special events from our Reno Office. The role offers flexible, on-demand scheduling with responsibilities including high-visibility security, access control, patrols, reporting, and customer service.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and a valid Security Officer License, be 18+, able to work in the United States, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Security Officer License as required by state.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to various locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high-visibility security presence at assigned locations.
• Monitor and control access points.
• Conduct foot patrols of interior and exterior areas.
• Observe, document, and report unusual or suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with employees, vendors, visitors, and guests.
• Collaborate with GSG team members and client personnel.
• Complete required reports using company-provided digital reporting systems.
• Follow site-specific post orders and GSG Protective Services policies and procedures.
