Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public at a government location by following site procedures and access-control requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct armed patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, documenting visitor activity and incidents.
