Job summary

Triumph Protection Group, Inc. is seeking an Unarmed Uniformed Security Agent on an on-call, flex schedule in Reno, NV. You will be responsible for patrolling, monitoring surveillance, and protecting staff and visitors from vandalism or theft.

The role requires vigilance, calm under pressure, and the ability to respond to emergencies promptly. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and may need state-specific security guard certification. Prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Security guard training certification required (for specific state).
• Previous experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Patrols and monitors an assigned area; reports suspicious activities to local authorities.
• Monitors surveillance cameras, inspects property, and monitors crowds.
• Contacts law enforcement or fire department in case of an emergency.
• After business hours, checks doors, windows, and gates to ensure the property is secure.
• Investigates reports of suspicious activity on the property.
• Reasonably detains persons suspected of criminal activity until law enforcement arrives.
• Escorts discharged staff, trespassers, and other unwelcome parties off the premises.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
