GSG Protective Services is seeking On-Call Unarmed Security Officers to support retail locations, logistics facilities, and special events in the New York area.

The position offers flexible, as-needed scheduling, a professional environment, and the opportunity to deliver high-visibility security while ensuring staff, clients, visitors, and guests remain safe. Requires a High School Diploma and Security Officer License; 18+; authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high-visibility security presence at assigned locations.
• Monitor and control access points.
• Conduct foot patrols of interior and exterior areas.
• Observe, document, and report unusual or suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with staff, vendors, visitors, and guests.
• Collaborate with GSG team members and client personnel.
• Complete required reports using company-provided digital reporting systems.
• Follow site-specific post orders and GSG policies and procedures.
