Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative in Washington, DC area. You will sell trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals, acting as the resident trauma expert. You’ll thrive under high intensity to meet lives impacted rather than hours.

You will maintain product knowledge, manage inventory, and provide training and guidance on competitive offerings, supporting sales goals and compliance with AdvaMed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years clinical healthcare or sales experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of showing, promoting, and selling products or services.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Become resident trauma expert for customers and provide product training.
• Manage materials and inventory; assist customers during emergencies.
• Attend sales meetings and external events as required.
