Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with online testing administration, college placement testing, and high-stakes testing in the ACT Center.
• Answer phones, schedule testing appointments, and perform general office duties.
• Verify student IDs, maintain sign-in sheets, test inventory, and instructor passwords.
• Monitor security and report incidents to supervisor; maintain test materials at session end.
• Learn procedures, work independently, and handle related duties as assigned.
