Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess potential clients to determine treatment needs and diagnosis.
• Provide group counseling and individual counseling as needed.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and documentation in EHR within 72 hours.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and quality assurance activities.
