Job summary

BestCare in Central Oregon is seeking a bilingual CADC to support a culturally rooted SUD program. You will conduct intakes, develop treatment plans, and provide counseling across individual, group, and family modalities while collaborating with the care team.

The role emphasizes culturally responsive care, adherence to ASAM criteria, HIPAA, and professional standards in a fast-paced, recovery-focused setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CADC-I or CADC-II certification required.
• Valid Oregon Driver License or ability to obtain one.
• Associate's or Bachelor’s in addiction or behavioral health preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with the Treatment Team with assigned caseload of clients.
• Completes intakes, assessments and develops treatment plans using ASAM criteria.
• Collaborates with clients on individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provides counseling via individual, group, and family sessions, plus case management.
• Leads psycho-educational and recovery groups as assigned.
• Maintains compliance with HIPAA and Oregon statutes.
