Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
• Experience with travel reimbursements or financial transactions preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, audit, and process employee travel and expense reports per policy.
• Verify receipts, approvals, coding, and supporting documentation.
• Verify T-card transactions for proper coding and timely reconciliation.
• Research and resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payment processing.
• Assist accounts payable by preparing expense entries and analyzing account info.
• Support improvements to travel, expense, and AP processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
