Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston is seeking an On Call Spa Therapist to provide relaxing massages, body treatments and facials, upholding the Four Seasons standards for every guest.

We look for candidates with a High School Degree, a current Massage Therapy license from the MA Board of Cosmetology, and at least 2 years of experience in a similar setting; retail sales experience is preferred in a high-volume spa.

• 2 years of experience in similar setting
• Retail sales experience preferred High volume spa/health club operation, preferably within hospitality/hotel environment

Responsibilities

• Follow all standards set in place by Four Seasons for sequence of service, etc.
• Able to utilize Book4Time and/or any computerized applications.
• Clean and properly flip the treatment room after each service.
• Maintain a neat and quiet work area at all times.
• Maintain a well-stocked treatment room at the end of each shift.
• Have knowledge of each area of the Spa and Fitness Center and provide information to guests about services offered in the Spa as well as the Hotel.
• Perform all treatments assigned to your shift.

The Opportunity

Basic Purpose

Provide relaxing and thorough massages, body treatments and facials to guests of the Spa that uphold the standards of the Four Seasons Hotel. Complies with any other additional requests that may arise pertaining to Massage Therapist duties.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
