Job summary

Four Seasons Beverly Hills, a Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts property, is seeking an On-Call Massage Therapist for its Beverly Wilshire Spa. The role supports exceptional guest experiences with professional massages and spa services on a flexible on-call basis.

The position requires an active massage license, at least three years of massage experience (two in luxury settings), and excellent English verbal and written skills. A hotel or resort background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Massage Therapy License required.
• At least 3 years’ massage experience, 2 of which should be in a luxury atmosphere.
• Hotel, resort or cruise ship experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in English both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional massages including treatments listed on the Spa menu.
• Pay attention to guests’ needs during appointments.
• Maintain knowledge of services and products used and sold in the Spa.
• Be on time for all appointments and shifts.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the Director of Spa or hotel staff.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Collaborate harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors.

The Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills, A Four Seasons Hotel is looking for an On-Call Massage Therapist who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. This position has the opportunity to shape employee experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world-renowned hotels. The On-Call Massage Therapist reports to the Director of Spa. Work authorization for the location is required.

Responsibilities:

• The ability to provide professional massages for any client that includes any treatments that are listed on our Spa menu.
• The ability to pay special attention to the guests/customers’ needs in an appointment.
• Product and treatment knowledge as to what services are offered and the products that we use and sell in our Spa.
• The ability to be on time to all appointments that are scheduled and to shifts that you are scheduled to work.
• The ability to perform other tasks given by the Director of Spa or other hotel personnel.
• Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Current Massage Therapy License (required)
• At least 3 years’ experience performing massage, 2 of which should be in a luxury atmosphere
• Hotel, resort or cruise ship experience a plus
• Knowledge of a variety of massage modalities, scrubs, and wraps
• Proficiency in English both written and verbal

Salary: $17.47/hour
