Job summary

Wasatch Peaks Ranch in Utah is seeking passionate Ski & Snowboard Instructors to deliver world-class coaching to guests of all ages and abilities. This role blends teaching with hospitality, upholding a welcoming, professional culture while ensuring safety, skill development, and memorable experiences.

You will tailor lessons to individual needs, maintain grooming and communication, and collaborate with resort teams to ensure seamless bookings and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficient skiing/riding at advanced levels with safety focus.
• PSIA-AASI Level I certification or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of instruction experience.
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills.
• Willingness to teach in steep terrain and variable conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level ski/snowboard instruction for all skill levels.
• Represent Wasatch Peaks Ranch brand values on and off the mountain.
• Customize lesson plans to match individual needs and goals.
• Provide concierge-style guest experience before, during, and after lessons.
• Coordinate with resort teams to ensure proper gear and bookings.
• Maintain safety and align with risk management protocols.
