Job summary

New Day My Way, LLC in Ohio is seeking Site Supervisors to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in leading independent lives. You will provide support with daily living activities, promote community inclusion, and advocate for client rights.

This on-call role requires you to cover shifts as needed, supervise staff, monitor documentation, and ensure compliance with policies. You will coordinate with the Program Coordinator and Scheduler to manage scheduling and communicate clearly

Responsibilities

• Addressing all immediate concerns for your site.
• Be on call for call offs, filling shifts, report lates, and any other staffing or site concern.
• Check daily documentation (Mars, Progress Notes, Logs, Supports) and ensure completion.
• Work with Program Coordinator, Program Manager and Scheduler to deal with call offs or scheduling issues.
• Keep lines of communication open with staff and upper management.
• Check paperwork and supplies and request from the office what you need in a timely manner.
