Job summary

Abacus Solutions Group in North Las Vegas, NV is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Fulfillment Operations Group, oversee inventory, order intake, and on-time delivery while driving continuous improvement and lean practices.

This weekend shift role requires strong leadership, data analysis, and collaboration with the Site Director to meet KPIs and build a culture of accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS/GED acceptable.
• Experience with LEAN and Six Sigma; certification preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive operations experience in a manager role.
• Experience leading up to 100 associates.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible, collaborative, and able to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Fulfillment Operations Group in order processing, QA, inventory, purchasing, cost management, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with the Site Director to influence strategic plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, and with laws and regulations.
• Maintain a strong safety culture and drive KPIs for productivity and quality.
• Develop and coach facility managers and supervisors in hiring, planning, and performance reviews.
• Oversee budgeting and seasonal staffing to meet demand.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and CI culture across the value stream.
• Ensure SOPs are current and training is up to date.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Director.
