Holland Farms Senior Living in Norwalk, IA is seeking an On-Call Shuttle Bus Driver to safely transport residents to appointments, outings, and events while keeping trips comfortable and enjoyable.

The role requires a valid CDL Class B with passenger endorsement (preferred), a clean driving record, and reliability for on-call shifts. You’ll assist residents in and out of the vehicle and keep the vehicle clean and ready for service.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to appointments, outings, and events.
• Assist residents getting in and out of the vehicle as needed.
• Ensure residents are safe and comfortable during trips.
• Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and ready to go.
• Provide friendly, professional service to residents and families.
• Follow all driving and passenger safety requirements.
• Complete basic vehicle inspections and maintain documentation.
• Support other community tasks as needed.
