Holland Farms Senior Living in Norwalk, IA, is seeking an on-call Shuttle Bus Driver to support residents with safe, comfortable transportation to appointments, events, and activities. You’ll assist with mobility, keep vehicles ready to go, and provide friendly service to residents and families.

Ideal candidates hold a CDL Class B (passenger endorsement preferred), have a clean driving record, and are dependable and team-oriented.

• Clean driving record and a strong commitment to safety.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable with an on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to appointments, outings, and events.
• Assist residents getting in and out of the vehicle as needed.
• Ensure residents are safe and comfortable during trips.
• Keep the community vehicle clean, organized, and ready to go.
• Provide friendly, professional service to residents, families, and team members.
• Follow all driving and passenger safety requirements.
• Complete basic vehicle inspections and keep documentation current.
• Support other areas of the community as needed.

At Holland Farms Senior Living, an Agemark Senior Living community, our Shuttle Bus Drivers help residents safely get where they need to go while making every trip comfortable and enjoyable.

We’re looking for an On-Call Shuttle Bus Driver who is dependable, safety-minded, and enjoys helping others.

What You’ll Do

• Safely transport residents to appointments, outings, and community events
• Assist residents getting in and out of the vehicle as needed
• Help ensure residents are safe and comfortable throughout each trip
• Keep the community vehicle clean, organized, and ready to go
• Provide friendly and professional service to residents, families, and team members
• Follow all applicable driving and passenger safety requirements
• Complete basic vehicle inspections and help keep required documentation current
• Support other areas of the community as needed

Who You Are
