Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. seeks a CDL Shuttle Driver to provide safe, on-time transport for residents along a local route. You will greet residents, assist with boarding, and ensure comfort and reliability.

The ideal candidate has a valid CDL with appropriate endorsement, a valid DOT medical certificate, a clean MVR, and 1–3 years of verifiable driving experience. Strong English communication and a resident-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL license with Class B or C as required for vehicle seating.
• DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate must be valid.
• 1–3 years of verifiable commercial driving experience with a clean record.
• MVR clean with no major violations in past 3 years.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with loading groceries or packages.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and assist residents.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a shuttle bus or van along a local route following DOT rules and company safety guidelines.
• Greet residents, assist boarding/deboarding, and manage wheelchair lifts as needed.
• Follow fixed daily schedule to ensure reliable pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Keep vehicle interior clean and fueled for next shift.
• Provide information about schedules and local transit connections; report incidents as required.
